Operating Steps
Add solvent at low speed (1,000 RPM), slowly feed organoclay powder, then disperse at high speed (3,000 RPM) for 5-10 minutes.
Add activator and keep high-speed stirring for 10-20 minutes to form a smooth, uniform gel.
Incorporate the finished gel into the resin and filler systems, then conduct standard grinding and paint formulation.
