Usage Instructions Proper Application Guidelines

General Application Procedure
Preparation
Heat the base fluid to 60-70°C if conditions permit for better dispersion.
Add Organoclay
Add organoclay while stirring (typically 2-8% of total formulation). Stir for 5-10 minutes.
Add Polar Activator
Add polar activator (acetone/water 95/5) at 20-30% of organoclay weight.
Final Processing
Add other additives and stir for 25-30 minutes. Use high-shear mixing for optimal results.
Grease Formulation Procedure
Heat Base Oil
Heat base oil to 60-70°C for improved dispersion efficiency.
Add Organoclay
Add 7-10% organoclay while stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes.
Activate
Add 2-3% polar activator, then other additives. Stir for 25-30 minutes.
Homogenize
Use colloid mill and homogenizer, then deair, filter, and pack.
