Usage Instructions

General Dispersion

Pre-heating (Optional)

Heat base material to 60-70°C for enhanced dispersion efficiency.

Add Gelling Agent

Gradually add organoclay while stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes.

High Shear Mixing

Apply high shear mixing to achieve complete dispersion and activation.

Quality Check

Verify proper gelation and rheological properties before use.

Grease Applications

Polar Activator Required

Acetone/water (95/5) at 20-30% of organoclay weight

Heat base oil to 60-70°C
Add 7-10% organoclay, stir 5-10 minutes
Add 2-3% polar activator
Continue stirring 25-30 minutes
Process through colloid mill
