Application Process
Heat Base Oil
Heat base oil to 60-70°C if conditions permit for optimal dispersion.
Add Organoclay
Add 7-10% organoclay while stirring. Continue stirring for 5-10 minutes.
Add Polar Activator
Add 2-3% polar activator (acetone/water 95/5). Add other additives and stir 25-30 minutes.
Homogenization
Use pump for colloid grinding and homogenizer processing.
Final Processing
Deair, filtrate, and pack the finished grease product.
