Recommended Mixing Procedure
Pre-Dispersion
Add organoclay to a small portion of the latex paint base under high-speed mixing. Ensure complete wetting of particles.
High Shear Mixing
Mix at 2000-3000 RPM for 15-20 minutes to achieve complete dispersion and activation of the organoclay.
Letdown Addition
Gradually add the pre-dispersed organoclay mixture to the main paint batch under moderate agitation.
Final Mixing
