General Application Procedure

Pre-heating (Optional)

Heat base oil to 60-70°C if conditions permit for enhanced dispersion.

Add Organoclay

Add organoclay while stirring. Typical dosage: 0.5-3% of total formulation. Stir for 5-10 minutes.

Activation (If Required)

Add polar activator if needed. Use high shear mixing for optimal dispersion.

Final Processing

Continue mixing and add other additives as required by formulation.

Grease Lubricant Application

Dosage Levels

Addition level: 7-10% of total formulation for optimal thickening performance.

Polar Activator

Use acetone/water (95/5) mixture. Dosage: 20-30% of organoclay weight (2-3% of total formulation).

Processing Equipment

Use high-speed dispersant and grinding machine. Pass through colloid mill and homogenizer.

Final Steps

Deair, filtrate, and pack. Extended mixing time improves gel performance.
