Usage Instructions

General Application Procedure
Pre-heating (Optional)
Heat base oil to 60-70°C if conditions permit for better dispersion.
Add Organoclay
Add 7-10% organoclay while stirring continuously. Stir for 5-10 minutes.
Add Polar Activator
Add 2-3% polar activator (acetone/water 95/5 ratio). Continue stirring for 25-30 minutes.
High-Shear Processing
Use high-speed dispersant or grinding machine for optimal gelation performance.
Final Processing
Deair, filtrate, and pack the final product.
