How to Use Organo Bentonite Powder

General Application Procedure
Pre-heat Base System
Heat the base oil or solvent system to 60-70°C if conditions permit for better dispersion.
Add Organo Bentonite Powder
Slowly add organo bentonite powder while stirring. Typical dosage: 0.5-3% by weight depending on application.
High-Shear Mixing
Use high-speed disperser or grinding machine for 15-30 minutes to ensure complete dispersion.
Add Polar Activator (if required)
For certain applications, add polar activator (acetone/water 95/5) at 20-30% of organo bentonite powder weight.
Grease Application Procedure
Heat Base Oil
Heat base oil to 60-70°C for optimal dispersion of organo bentonite powder.
