Mixing Procedure

Add organoclay slowly while maintaining agitation. Typical dosage: 0.5-2.0 lb/bbl depending on grade and requirements.

Apply high-speed mixing for 10-15 minutes to ensure complete dispersion and activation.

Add polar activator (methanol/water 95:5) at 30-40% by weight of organoclay. Mix for additional 15-20 minutes.
