Incorporation Procedure

Pre-dispersion

Add organoclay to the resin solution under moderate agitation. Ensure complete wetting before high-shear mixing.

Apply high-shear mixing for 5-10 minutes at 1500-3000 rpm to achieve proper dispersion and activation.
