Mixing Procedure

Pre-dispersion

Add organoclay to the solvent phase under moderate agitation (500-800 rpm) at room temperature.

Polar Activator

Add polar activator (methanol or ethanol) at 30-50% of organoclay weight for optimal activation.

High Shear Mixing

Apply high shear mixing (2000-3000 rpm) for 15-20 minutes to achieve complete dispersion.

Final Blending

Add remaining components and blend under moderate agitation until homogeneous.
