Usage Guidelines Optimal Performance Instructions
General Application
Preparation
Heat base system to 60-70°C if conditions permit for optimal dispersion.
Addition
Add organoclay while stirring. Typical dosage: 0.5-3% for coatings, 7-10% for greases.
Activation
For greases, add polar activator (acetone/water 95/5) at 20-30% of organoclay weight.
Processing
Mix for 25-30 minutes with high shear. Use colloid grinding for enhanced performance.
