Usage Guidelines Proper Dispersion for Optimal Performance
Grease & Lubricant Applications
Heat Base Oil
Heat base oil to 60-70°C if conditions permit
Add Organoclay
Add 7-10% organoclay while stirring for 5-10 minutes
Add Polar Activator
Add 2-3% acetone/water (95/5) solution, stir 25-30 minutes
Process & Pack
Use colloid mill and homogenizer, then deair and pack
