Usage Instructions for Grease Lubricants

Heat the base oil to 60-70℃ if conditions permit

Add organoclay while stirring (7-10% of total formulation). Stir for 5-10 minutes

Add polar activator (acetone/water 95/5, 2-3% of total formulation). Add other additives and stir for 25-30 minutes

Use pump to pass through colloid grinding and homogenizer

Deair, filtrate, and pack

Note: Using high-speed dispersant or grinding machine and properly prolonging dispersing time can achieve better gelation performance.
