Why CP-200 Works

CP-200 is an organically modified smectite clay. Quaternary ammonium surfactant intercalation converts the naturally hydrophilic clay surface into a strongly organophilic, non-polar sorbent phase — perfectly matched to avocado oil refinery contaminants.
