What is Organophilic Clay?
Organophilic clay is a high-efficiency rheology modifier created by modifying sodium bentonite powder. When added to coatings, greases, adhesives, inks, or oilfield drilling fluid formulations, it provides repeatable rheological properties with excellent thickening ability, high thixotropy, good suspension properties, and anti-pigment sagging characteristics.
