Add CP-34 to the solvent component of your formulation. Recommended solvent: xylene, butyl acetate, or your primary paint solvent.

💡 Tip: Pre-disperse at 5-10% concentration in solvent before adding to the main batch for best results.

High-Shear Dispersion

Apply high-shear mixing using a Cowles dissolver or similar equipment. Mix at 2,000-3,000 RPM for 15-20 minutes until a smooth, lump-free gel forms.

⚡ No grinding required -- standard Cowles dissolver is sufficient for complete activation.

Add to Paint Formulation

Incorporate the CP-34 gel into your paint formula at the appropriate stage. Add aluminum flake paste under low-shear mixing to preserve flake integrity.
