Legal terms and conditions governing the use of CAMP-SHINNING products and services
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by CAMP-SHINNING, a leading manufacturer and exporter of organic bentonite rheology modifiers. By purchasing, using, or accessing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CAMP-SHINNING reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our products or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Product Information and Specifications
CAMP-SHINNING manufactures organic bentonite products, including rheology modifiers, organophilic clay, and related chemical additives for various industrial applications including coatings, inks, lubricants, adhesives, cosmetics, and oilfield drilling fluids.
All products are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Management System standards. Product specifications, technical data sheets, and safety information are provided with each shipment and are available upon request.
Important: Products are intended for industrial use only. Users must ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in their respective jurisdictions.
4. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
Order Processing

- • Order confirmation will be provided in writing
- • Specifications must be confirmed before production
Payment Terms
- • Payment terms are specified in each contract
- • Deposit may be required for new customers
- • Late payment charges may apply

Delivery
Standard delivery time is 7-10 days after receiving deposit. Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be specified in the sales contract. Risk of loss transfers according to agreed Incoterms.
5. Quality Assurance and Warranties
CAMP-SHINNING warrants that products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. All products undergo rigorous quality control testing and sample retention for traceability purposes.

Claims for non-conforming products must be made within 30 days of delivery. CAMP-SHINNING's liability is limited to replacement or refund of non-conforming products.
6. Product Usage and Safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, and use of all products. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are provided for all chemical products and must be reviewed before use.
Safety Requirements
- • Products are for industrial use only
- • Proper personal protective equipment must be used
- • Storage conditions: dry, well-ventilated area, 0°C-30°C
- • Compliance with local environmental and safety regulations required
- • Not suitable for food contact applications unless specifically certified
7. Limitation of Liability
CAMP-SHINNING's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall CAMP-SHINNING be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, regardless of the theory of liability.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
CAMP-SHINNING holds the national technical patent for "A Modified Organic Bentonite, Its Preparation Method and Application." All technical documentation, formulations, and proprietary information remain the exclusive property of CAMP-SHINNING.
Customers may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or disclose any proprietary formulations or manufacturing processes without written consent from CAMP-SHINNING.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related transactions shall be resolved through friendly consultation.
If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) rules, or to the competent courts in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
