General Application Procedure
Pre-heating (Optional)
Heat base oil to 60-70°C if conditions permit for enhanced dispersion
Add Organoclay
Add organoclay while stirring. Typical dosage: 7-10% of total formulation. Stir for 5-10 minutes
Add Polar Activator
Add polar activator (acetone/water 95/5) at 2-3% of total formulation, then add other additives
High-Shear Mixing
Continue stirring for 25-30 minutes. Use high-speed dispersant for optimal results
Final Processing
Use pump for colloid grinding and homogenizer. Deair, filtrate, and pack
